I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Kollette at the front desk who helped me navigate the area. The hotel is tidy and well presented, and they have a commitment to reducing their footprint on the environment. The location is excellent, near everything I could want, with places to eat, shop, and the beach just steps away. I also enjoyed the lovely inexpensive breakfast bar and the comfortable beds. The hotel even has a craft-style bar called the Paniolo, which has a fun outdoor atmosphere. the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and they even offered me complementary tickets to a local polo match.

We had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, as it was near everything we wanted to see and do. The front desk staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and we were able to easily access transportation options like buses. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Hilton Hawaiian Village and Waikiki Beach, allowing us to enjoy beautiful beaches just a short walk away.

The location was excellent, with easy access to numerous restaurants, shopping at the nearby Ala Moana Center, and the heart of the city. We also appreciated the convenience of having parking available, even though it was not free. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we enjoyed having a balcony, despite the lack of a view. The cozy cafe downstairs in the lobby was a nice touch, and the WiFi was adequate for our needs.
